Story of a clumsy on a bicycle, the book written by a terminally ill patient to be remembered by his little daughter

He will soon leave his baby daughter due to a tumor that is consuming him, day after day. He will lose every moment of his future life but he is leaving her a priceless gift: an autobiographer: "So he will know who I really am".

This is the story of a father, one like many others, who one day discovers he has a tumor. At just 33 years old, Andrea Bizzotto finds himself having to deal with the end of everything, with the farewell to his wife and above all to his one and a half year old daughter, little Giulia Grace.

But the sadness is banned. Andrea, an engineer from Cittadella but living in Germany, has decided to write a story about his life for his daughter. Thus was born "Story of a bum on a bicycle“, The book that will come out next month.

Andrea has stage 3 synovial sarcoma, he only has a few months left to live. And he decided to use it to leave a memory of himself for the little girl:

“What I will miss most is my little girl, Giulia Grace. Nobody deserves an incurable cancer at 33. I deserved the chance to raise and educate my little Giulia, take her to the first day of school, prepare her favorite food with love, take a trip alone with her. At least I deserved to leave her a real memory of me, not a video or a book ”.

From the love story with her mother, Maria, to the birth of the child, passing through passions and thoughts. In the story of this clumsy but sweet dad there is this and much more.

The book will be printed by the Graphico di Cittadella and the proceeds will go to a fund for her little girl.

“Giulia, you are the most important and precious thing I have and you are the person I love most. I am so proud to be your dad. I am not a writer but I am not illiterate and this book represents a small part of who I am and was. I hope one day you will read it and you will be able to filter the good from the less good. I love you Giulia Grace ”writes Andrea in the book.

A beautiful gift, the farewell words of a father to his daughter, which will accompany her for life, despite the absence.

    Courage Andrea!
