Two beautiful murals of over 7 meters signed by the Neapolitan street artist now embellish the Santa Maria delle Grazie hospital in Pozzuoli, in the province of Naples. Jorit, a native of Quarto di Napoli, also lands here, in the heart of the Phlegraean Fields, after having showered several areas of Naples and its surroundings with beauty.
Da Ponticelli to the migrant child of Palma Campania, from the historic center of the Neapolitan capital with San Gennario to the face of Pasolini in Scampia, passing through Maradona, Ilaria Cucchi and Angela Davis, Jorit does not stop and now it is the turn of decidedly religious figures.
The work, in fact, on one side depicts the face of the Madonna and on the other it reproduces the stained glass window of a Spanish cathedral. All built on the north side of the building, from where you have access to the emergency room and the various clinics.
In one of the days of work, the street artist had some exceptional helpers: some autistic boys who attend the center of the ASL Napoli 2 Nord BlunAuti, among other things, the only public rehabilitation center for patients with autism in Campania.
The experience lived by the children is part of the integration and independence projects articulated by neuropsychiatrists, therapists, nurses, socio-health workers, psychologists and speech therapists. And also some staff members supported Jorit and the boys during the realization of the mural.
