    It took a little over two months for the project to flourish “Big city life Tor Marancia”, conceived by 999Contemporary, financed by the Rome Foundation and the Campidoglio, sponsored by the VIII Municipality and shared with Ater, the territorial company for residential construction of the Capitoline Municipality.

    Over 20 murales in street art created by 18 artists from 10 countries who have painted the walls of public housing and the school with color, restoring some dignity to buildings that are at times dilapidated.

    The works 14 meters high each were created in the manner of all free, a gift that the street artists have given to the inhabitants of the area who have joined forces in the cultural association “Rude” who will take care of the maintenance of the murals from now on.

    In Trullo district, the Trullo Painters Anonymous organization has changed the face of the Roman suburbs with strokes of colors and brushes; in Tor Sapienza trees, butterflies, foxes and toads reproduced on the walls have made the via Morandi complex more liveable.
