fifth energy tale. End of the era of incentives. The Energy Services Manager yesterday announced that the photovoltaic meter yesterday reached 6,7 billion euros, equal to the indicative cumulative annual cost of the incentives.

In accordance to established on 5 July 2012 by the ministerial decree, the duration of the photovoltaic bonuses would have been linked to the achievement of the overall figure of 6 billion and 700 million.

531.242, according to the GSE, the plants that submitted the request for incentives, for a total power of 18.217 MW and an annual cost of 217 million. Of these, 4.779 for a total power of 1.136 MW and an indicative annual cost of 94 million euros, are entered in the Registers in a useful position but have not yet entered into operation.

In detail, 5.634 innovative integrated systems, 6 concentrated, 38 built by the Public Administration, 2442 replacements of Eternit roofs, 63.763 up to 12 kW and 797 between 12 and 20 kW with a reduction of 20%.

The Energy Services Operator explains that the decree will cease to apply 30 days after the date of publication of the resolution of the Authority for Electricity and Gas, with which the date of achievement of the annual value of € 6,7 billion will be identified. Such a deliberation should arrive in days, this means that in just over a month the chapter of photovoltaic incentives could be definitively closed.

Lasted longer than that expected initially, the Fifth Conto Energia has therefore numbered days. The only possibility for consumers now lies only in the IRPEF deductions, recently renovated until the end of the 2013.
