E-cat: Rossi is no longer the owner of the company

Control of the E-Cat would no longer be in the hands of Andrea Rossi because his company would be sold to some unknown investors

He is about to end up run over, his mother saves him

E-Cat, Rossi would have lost control of his device based on the cold fusion? This is what emerges from the Journal of Nuclear Physics, the engineer's blog, also confirmed by EnergyCatalyzer.com. Not in a purely physical sense, of course. Responding to$ 1 million offer made by Dick Smith, Rossi admitted that he was unable to accept the challenge posed by the Australian skeptics because the his company was sold to some investors.

Although he remained the CEO, Rossi would no longer be the owner of the Leonardo Corporation. Consequently, before accepting the Australian proposal, he would have had to discuss it with the lawyers of the new investors.

Meanwhile, in response to a post, Rossi also admitted that he dropped his agreement with National Instruments, an American electronics company because the investors who would now hold theE-Cat, they would make arrangements with another supplier. But he doesn't say who he is.

This could provide a first indication that the investors would not be American but would be dealing with another large electronics company. The conditional is a must. It's a pity that Rossi has not revealed which one.

It is also speculated that it may be the Chinese government or its army. User Iggy Dalrimple also asked if any of the shareholders were a well-known venture capitalist or an equally well-known company. But Rossi has entrenched himself behind a no comment, however, specifying that "all the technology is in an escrow that only some people will have access to".

Meanwhile, also the National Instruments in a note confirmed that he no longer has relations with Andrea Rossi and with the E-Cat. To confirm it was Julia Betts, Corporate Communications and Investor Relations Manager of the company, who however specified: "National Instruments is collaborating with Universities and Research Centers around the world following the researchers and scientists who are working on Low Energy Nuclear Reactions".

The NI would therefore be pointing to LENR, but without Rossi's help.
