A mother has created a room that is nothing short of fabulous for her little girl. The room decorations are inspired by the world of fairy tales and characters from children's stories. Kerry Wright wanted to carry out the project to encourage her daughter to read her from an early age.

A mom created one bedroom nothing short of a fairy tale for her little girl. The room decorations are inspired by the world of fairy tales and characters from children's stories. Kerry Wright she wanted to carry out the project to encourage her daughter to read from an early age.
Kerry and her daughter live in Mansfield, Nottingamshire (UK). Although his daughter Chloe he is only two years old, he has already shown a great passion for books, fairy tales and short stories.
So a few months ago Kerry had the idea of creating a fairy-themed bedroom for her little girl. With the help of her brother Daniel, Kerry designed and created the bedroom decorations, based mainly on drawings of his daughter.
"I wanted something that was timeless, something that would help the little girl express her incredible potential and allow her to develop her imagination, as well as encourage her to pick up a book to read" - has explained Kerry.
Chloe has had some developmental difficulties and has only recently started walking, yet she is a very intelligent child, as her mom pointed out. The fantastic bedroom will serve as an encouragement for the little one.
Among the characters chosen for the decorations we find the Sleeping Beauty, Alice in Wonderland, Ariel the Little Mermaid and Paddington the Bear. The decorations on the walls contain it though references to 90 different books and there is still space to enrich the room with new designs.
Note the fantastic bedroom door, which has been repainted to make it very similar to the cover of a book. The bedroom furniture was done on a tight budget and with furniture salvaged from charities and thrift shops.
