From 1 March 2022 the rules for the right to family allowances and ANF (Family Nucleus Allowances) changes, beneficiaries and requirements
Don't store avocado like this: it's dangerousOn March 21st, the Universal Single Check came into force, a financial support measure promoted by the government to help families with dependent children (up to XNUMX years of age) or pregnant women (starting from the seventh month of pregnancy. ) through the disbursement of a monthly allowance.
The entry into force of the welfare measure provides for the cessation of other types of support for families - or the allowance for the family unit (ANF) and the family allowance (AF) - for families for which the protection of the single allowance takes over.
On the contrary, these allowances will continue to be disbursed for families consisting only of spouses without children or for children (without age limits) who are orphaned of both parents, if they are, due to infirmity or physical or mental defect, in the absolute and permanent impossibility of dedicating oneself to a profitable job.
For all other households in which there is at least one dependent child under the age of 21 or disabled (without age limits), it will no longer be possible to benefit from state benefits except to the extent of the Single Universal Check.
At the age of twenty-one of the dependent children, if they are not disabled, for whom one is entitled to the single allowance, it is possible to apply for the ANF or AF benefit but exclusively for subjects other than children, such as the spouse or any sisters, brothers or nephews in the foreseen conditions of entitlement to ANF or AF benefits.

a) Employees in the private sector and employees entitled to employee benefits;
b) Domestic and domestic workers administered;
c) Workers enrolled in the separate management pursuant to art. 2, paragraph 26, of Law 335/1995;
d) Workers of terminated, bankrupt or defaulting companies; e) Agricultural workers with direct payment of ANF;
f) NASpI earners;
g) CIGO / CIGS / CIGD / CISOA / ASO / AIS / IMA earners;
h) Beneficiaries of anti-tuberculosis services;
i) Workers on union leave;
j) Seafarers landed due to injury or illness;
k) Socially useful workers (LSU) and ASU check holders paid by the Social Employment and Training Fund (FSOF);
l) Recipients of other social security benefits for which payment by ANF is envisaged.
Requirements

Composition of the family unit
The applicant's family unit is composed of:
by the spouses, with the exclusion of the legally and effectively separated spouse;
by brothers, sisters and grandchildren, under the age of 18 or without age limits, if they find themselves, due to physical or mental infirmity or defect, in the absolute and permanent impossibility of dedicating themselves to a profitable job, in in the event that they are orphans of both parents and have not obtained the right to a survivor's pension.
Terms
In the family unit there must not be:
a) a dependent minor child;
b) a dependent adult child, up to the age of 21, for whom one of the following conditions is met:
1) you attend a school or professional training course, or a degree course;
2) carries out an internship or a job and has a total income of less than 8.000 euros per year;
3) is registered as unemployed and looking for a job with the public employment services;
4) carries out the universal civil service;
c) dependent child with disabilities, without age limits.
