The video is a non profit project di Annamaria Testa. It is made according to the latest European guidelines in collaboration with theBuzzi Hospital in Milan and is approved by all major resuscitation and first aid agencies.
This initiative was born to explain how to avoid accidents at home and in the car, how to intervene in case of injuries and burns or sunstrokes, but also how to practice resuscitation maneuvers when needed. In just 33 minutes collects the basics of a pediatric first aid course focused on prevention and timely intervention to solve any problems.
The video is an easy-to-read and share multimedia support for dissemination purposes to involve an ever wider audience in the care of children in the home. According to the most recent estimates made by the Buzzi pediatric hospital, more than 200 children are admitted to the pediatric emergency room every year.
