    In Florida, two sea turtles shared a tender "kiss" immortalized by cameras with viewers

    Kiss Cams are very common during baseball games. When they frame a couple, the kiss is triggered which is then projected on the giant screens. It also happens at sea. In recent days, during an annual speedboat race in Florida, two sea turtles shared a tender “kiss” immortalized by the cameras with the spectators.





    Capturing the moment was the Florida police who spotted the two sea turtles "kissing" from a distance during the 36th annual Sarasota Powerboat race.

    The Sarasota Police Department marine unit was patrolling the water to protect marine life during the event when officers took a photo of the turtles. Photo gone viral.

    The boat races took place near the Big Sarasota Pass off Lido Key last weekend as part of the Suncoast Summer Fest, which raises money for local charities. The police were also present to watch over the marine fauna and protect it from the presence of boats. And this is how the chance encounter with the sweet couple of turtles started.
