Children will be able to go out for a walk outdoors even in the days of the coronavirus. The news was given by the Ministry of the Interior just a few minutes ago.

With a new circular, entitled "Urgent measures regarding the containment and management of the epidemiological emergency from COVID-19, applicable throughout the national territory", the Interior Ministry announced:

“As regards the movements of individuals, it is to be understood allowed, ad one parent only, walking with your minor children as this activity can be traced back to outdoor motor activities, provided that near your home. The same activity can also be carried out in the context of journeys motivated by situations of need or for health reasons ".

The circular provides new information and indications on travel in general, allowing the little ones, forced at home by the closure of the schools, some flash of light and air.

Notwithstanding the prohibition of any form of gathering of people, but also the restrictions on movement both in one's own municipality and between neighboring cities and compliance with dinterpersonal instance of 1 meter, the circular reminds that

"It is not allowed to carry out play or recreational activities outdoors and to access parks, villas, play areas and public gardens".

But the children will be able to go out for a walk. In recent days, more voices have been raised on this front. In fact, the little ones are barricaded at home in even more than adults, who for work or necessity reasons have in any case left the house. Until now, the decrees had left no room for their situation while regulating the walks of adults and pets.

Consequently, even if it was never specifically stated, the children were not to leave the house. Now, according to the new circular, this will no longer be the case.

Parents will have to better manage this new found "freedom" in the name of common sense.
