Remember theTree of Life di Avatar? This wonderful tree has a natural counterpart that it is found in Japan. Nothing to do with the artificial Tree of Life that became an icon of Expo 2015 and already renamed “The Tree of Selfies”.
The Japanese Tree of Life oh i'm 144 years, a clear indicator of longevity. It is located within the Ashikaga Flower Park. The director of Avatar, James Cameron, would have been inspired by this Japanese tree to make his film.
In Japan, the Tree of Life reaches its maximum splendor during flowering. The photographer Peter Lourenco he immortalized it and his images are traveling around the world. It is the wonders of nature that amaze us once again, much more than the creations of man.
The truly charming looking Japanese tree is a variety of wisteria. Abroad they have renamed it Tree of Souls, just in honor of Avatar. During the flowering here appears a cascade of violet-colored buds.
The overall visual effect is nothing short of amazing, as shown by the images depicting the Tree of Life. The special wisteria is attracting hundreds of tourists to Japan.
Those who have been lucky enough to get close to the tree have experienced the sensation of being the protagonist of a film set in distant worlds. Instead the real Tree of Life is right here on our Planet, which increasingly needs to be protected.
