A hidden camera in the woods caught the first howls of a wolf pup in Minnesota (United States)

The Voyageurs Wolf Project is a group that studies the behavior of wolves in northern Minnesota, United States. It is common in this kind of observation that some cameras are hidden in their natural habitat, so that they can record images and situations that would hardly be seen if the animals knew they were being observed.
Well, a few days after they were installed, the surprise arrived: a video camera recorded the first howls of a wolf cub. Probably the sweetest thing you will see (and hear) today!
According to the experts of the American group, although the cub appears alone on the camera, other wolves can also be heard howling in the background.
Unfortunately, like many animals, wolves are also threatened with extinction and in 2019 the local state parliament of Minnesota voted to permanently ban hunting wolves. Currently, the population of these animals in Minnesota is more concentrated in the northeastern state of the state and, despite being stable, can barely resist. It is estimated that around 3.000 wolves live there and this sweet puppy among them.
