She has to go back to work and throws 30 liters of milk for her daughter: the photo goes viral

Nia Malika, a new mom from Ohio, did a truly marvelous thing. The viral photo.

Don't store avocado like this: it's dangerous

Do not say that we mothers are not persevering! When we put something in our head, the world falls but it must be done, even if this implies an infinite series of other people's puffs and a patience of Job. Such Nia Malika, a new mother from Ohio, has done a marvelous thing, in front of which many will be amazed, many others will turn up their noses.

Ready to go back to work after the pregnancy and birth of her daughter Nora and determined not to give up giving her her own milk, Nia has pump it day and night with a common breast pump and the result was amazing: she was able to pack and freeze about 30 liters of that milk in just two months, ready to be offered to the little princess for this purpose.

And how could it not become viral the photo that portrays the happy baby surrounded by a heart made entirely from those packages of mother's milk?

How did Nia manage to pump so much milk? She explains it so simply: every three hours she attached herself to the milk pump and put out an infinite amount of it. And how did she manage to have so much (because at the same time she had to feed little Nia!)?

Well, on the Breastfeeding Mama Talk Facebook page, Nia reveals a simple secret: she has added many snacks and snacks to her diet. foods designed to increase milk production, including oatmeal for breakfast. Another little trick, says the woman, is to drink large quantities of water.

Here are all the secrets for increasing breast milk production.

I want the best for my baby. Every three hours around the clock I’m hooked up to my pump. I never miss a scheduled pump time even in the middle of the night . Every week I’m making some type of lactation cookies, oatmeal for breakfast everyday , I drink water like a fish. Over the past two months I was able to store away over 1000oz of breastmilk for Nora to eat when I return back to work and school all while nursing her . Im dedicated to providing my baby with the nutrition she needs , I trust my body and know this is what I was made for. When people say I’m lucky to have this supply I simply tell them I’m not lucky I’m blessed and I work really hard to get where I am and will continue to do whatever it takes to keep my girl fed . #blackmomsbreastfeed #pumpingmom #breastisbest #breastfeeding #breastfeedingmama #normalizebreastfeeding #breastfeedingmoms #liquidgold #upandup #lansinoh #medela #natural_mommies

This is the pump I use, I got it through my insurance from @aeroflow_breastpumps. It’s the #spectras2 . I must say this pump is AMAZING. It’s quite and very effective . It drains my breast fairly quickly and the nightlight is a great feature for those late night pump sessions. My settings are: cycle on 38 vacuum between 10-12 I pump both breast at the same time for 15-20mins. #breastfeeding #pumpingmom #spectras2 #normalizebreastfeeding #liquidgold #blackmomsbreastfeed #breastisbest #breastfeedingmama #breastfeedingmoms

In short, with big sacrifices (have you ever used a breast pump ???!) And a lot of love, Nia has saved up a very large amount of milk for her baby. Would you do the same?
