DIY Halloween garlands from recycled fabric

With fabric scraps you can decorate your wreath in perfect Halloween style. If you don't have any remnants, directly recycle old clothes, tea towels, or sheets, and cut out squares of roughly the same size.

Watch out for colors: focus on orange, black, white, purple. Just apply the fabric squares with hot glue on a straw or polystyrene wreath, following the instructions of Simple Sojours. Line the whole wreath and add a ribbon to the top for hanging.

If you prefer a horizontally developed wreath, get a string and tie the recycled fabric pieces as if they were ties.

DIY Halloween wreaths with painted twigs

With gods dry twigs that you can find on the ground in any wood, you can make an original and unique Halloween garland. Collect several and weave them together with the help of hot glue, as suggested in the tutorial by Earnest Home Co. Once ready, all you have to do is paint it black with water spray.

DIY Halloween Wreaths with Toy Animals

If you have from the old toy animals take the opportunity to turn them into something special. You can follow Rosemary on the tv's example: she retrieves old snakes (spiders, bats, frogs are fine too) and paint them with black spray paint.

Make a wreath of twigs by weaving them over each other. To secure them you can help yourself with a few pieces of thin wire. Also paint the wreath black, again with the simplest spray, and apply the animals over it with hot glue. Add a black ribbon on top and that's it.

Alternatively, add a web made of white or silver thread and glue the toy spider on top.

DIY Halloween Wreaths from Recycled Paper

If you have some cardstock or newspaper, you can use them to create Halloween wreath decorations. Just draw your favorite subjects (spiders, bats, skulls and so on) and cut them out with scissors, then apply them on the garland that acts as a base.
