He got on his scooter and raided animals. The man named Chen is the owner of a restaurant and in front of the handcuffs, he told the cops that he killed the dogs because the meat during the winter is very expensive. As you can see from the images, the dogs were hit by poisoned darts; the fact dates back to 15 December but has only now been disclosed. Some residents who witnessed the chilling scene denounced the episode.
After hitting them, the man put the dogs in a black sack and then probably slaughtered them directly in the restaurant's kitchen.
In a post on Chinese social media, the police explained that the restaurateur killed because he wanted to sell hot dogs at all costs and the meat in the winter period has high prices and therefore decided to steal them. He bought a poisonous bow and arrow and hit these poor animals. The police video shows gruesome images that we have chosen not to show, however they are available here.
Every year in China they have about the same fate 10 million dogs, most of them are pets stolen from their loved ones. However, remember that in the country it is not a crime to eat dog meat and there are no significant laws on the mistreatment of animals. The man in question was reported by the residents for theft and will be charged solely for that.
