We wish it was a hoax, but the photos that come from the Royal Paws Pet Salon show a sad reality. This beauty salon for animals sponsors a very curious and at times disconcerting service, that of putting gods glitter on the testicles of dogs.
Things go more or less like this: the show a few weeks ago, on its Facebook page, talked about this trend, but the owner does not expect an endless rain of criticism, even says she has received death threats. So she portrayed. She explains that the photos of her were not taken in her salon and that she has never had this type of treatment. So if she is against it and has no intention of doing it, why sponsor him on her own page which is not just a private profile?
For her part, the owner says she just wanted to show the new toilet trend. However, the impression is that she wanted to test whether her clients liked this treatment, and then maybe offer it.
But nobody here wants to prosecute anyone. It doesn't matter if in that specific salon, the testicles of cats and dogs become disco balls, the point is, these photos show that the treatment has been done somewhere.
And it is not the first time that we have reported mistreatment towards animals because that is what it is about. How can we forget the woman who colored the dog's ears pink and the fact that her dye caused such severe erythema that she had to amputate her part?
And again, why humanize dogs and cats by taking them for a walk in strollers, with diapers and ridiculous clothes?
Stupid fashions that cause problems for animals, think for example of glitter: inflammation, itching, allergy, without considering that there is a risk that the whole thing will be swallowed.
We always say that our animals are special just the way they are, without the need to humanize them or put them on the spot.
Yet, among the many negative comments under these photos, there are those who find it funny and funny.
In our opinion, however, there is really nothing to laugh about.
