Forms in Nature: the chandelier that projects a forest into your room

A forest projected onto the walls of your room thanks to a play of light and shadow. Here's what could happen thanks to Forms in Nature, a sculpture inspired by the light, trees and illustrations of Ernst Haeckel, biologist, zoologist and philosopher of German origin who lived between the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.

Sculpture is the technique used for the formation of a lampshade suitable for a chandelier to be placed in the center of the ceiling of a room, so that the light coming from the bulb placed inside it can project tree trunks and branches on the walls that can give the feeling of being surrounded by a wood or from a real forest.

The chandelier is predominantly white in color and its structure appears similar to the canopy of a tree formed by numerous and thin intricate branches and their trunks. Its creation was born a few years ago from the collaboration between two artists, Thyra Hilden e Pio Diaz, who have reached a real artistic partnership, starting from different experiences, in the realization of their works.

The light bulb, placed right in the center of the chandelier, allows the shadows to be projected on the walls of the room at 360 degrees, creating an unexpected and almost surreal atmosphere.

From the moment the photographs of the chandelier appeared, many readers were intrigued by the object and asked for its purchase price when it was not yet on sale. And there are even those who have tried their hand at recreating it with the do-it-yourself:
