Ingredients
Very few are enough to prepare this blend:
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds,
- 2 teaspoons of coconut oil (alternatively you can opt for olive oil)
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
Preparation
Mix everything until the dough becomes sufficiently mushy.
Storage
If you want to self-produce larger quantities, you can put the mixture in an airtight glass jar. It is recommended to use it within three days of production as it may lose its effectiveness
How to apply Chia Seed Mask
With the use of a spatula, small nuts of product are taken to spread on the face: T-zone, cheeks, chin.
Leave on for 20 minutes before removing the compress with the help of warm water.
