An English gardener was amazed to see his sunflower plant, which he had grown, with as many as 27 flowers on a single stem.
Sunflowers are flowers that convey positivity and joy and are among the most loved ever. There are those who grow them in pots to admire them on the balcony and those who plant them in their own garden. In England, a gardener living in Yeovil gasped when he noticed that the sunflower plant he had sown in his garden 27 flowers have blossomed.
It's actually not that uncommon to see a sunflower plant with multiple blooms. However, according to botanical experts, up to 20 sunflowers can usually grow on a single stem. For the gardener Barry Boyton, seeing the plant, which he had grown with such care, so full of beautiful sunflowers was a real surprise, as well as a source of pride.

Despite the astonishing number of blooming sunflowers, it seems Barry Boyton is still far from the world record of 100 flowers on a single stem!
In short, these wonderful and iconic flowers never cease to amaze us. Not long ago we told you the story of an English dad who managed to grow a giant sunflower plant, over 6 meters high. The man named Douglas Smith had ditched it during the lockdown to please the 4-year-old son who asked him for "a sunflower as big as their house" (and he succeeded in a brilliant and unexpected way!)
The son asks him for a sunflower the size of a house and the father makes one grow 6 meters tall
