What I am about to tell you is a sad story, which only those who are insensitive can find amusing. One lives in a village on the outskirts of Changchun, China nicotine-addicted alligator turtle, who smokes about 10 cigarettes a day. The keeper of the reptile says that every time he feels the need for a cigarette he begins to fidget and complain. This is the news that is making the rounds of the web, reported by numerous Chinese media.

Ma how does a turtle get addicted to cigarettes? She certainly didn't take the habit on her own. And here the arrogance of man comes into play. A village cook, nicknamed Tang, explains how it all began about two months ago when he noticed that the animal had lost interest in its daily fish diet. Upon inspecting the body, he found a strong chicken bone stuck in the soft belly, which sadly broke in an attempt to extract it.

For Tang the only way to remove the bone was to distract the tortoise, so he took the lit cigarette he had in his mouth and gave it to him. The jaws snapped on the filter and the turtle didn't let go for hours. His idea of him proved effective: he managed to remove the chicken bone. But shortly after he realized causing an even bigger problem. The next day, Tang sat in a chair next to the turtle and lit a cigarette after a hard day's work. As soon as she saw the smoke, the reptile began to hint that she wanted one for herself.

Instead of ignoring the request, the man gave it to him, lighting it, for stupid and reckless amusement. The two continued this practice, until the tortoise became completely addicted. Now, whenever he doesn't get a cigarette, he starts making hissing sounds and seems to follow the cook wherever he goes, crawling on him until he gets the nicotine he craves, victim of the arrogance of human animals.
