Cristiano da Silva Antunes is known on social media as "the animal-friendly postman". Man is so fond of dogs, cats, etc. that he undertakes to take a selfie with every animal he knows thanks to his work but also by volunteering in shelters.
The passion for animals began at an early age and today Cristiano lives with his wife, some dogs and three cats, in Guaratinguetá, in the hinterland of São Paulo in Brazil. Here he has become friends with the entire canine community and beyond, we can see the postman happily hugging cats, rabbits and any other type of animal he meets, both at someone's home and on the street.

It all started when Cristiano decided to break the stereotype that dogs hate postmen. And he succeeded very well since the animals fully reciprocate his affection for him who is completely sincere and disinterested, the postman among other things saves all the furry friends he finds on the streets of the city and takes them to shelters. His biggest dream is to have his own refuge where he can bring the many abandoned friends he meets.
