Un paraplegic cane and crowdfunding: even in the case of an invalid four-legged friend, the people of the web do not let themselves be prayed to and make sure that a dog in a really bad way finds a dignified life.

This is the story of the dog Leo, paralyzed dog, and a model, Meagan Penman, who found it in Thailand. Malnourished, full of ticks and dragging himself on a beach, Leo was in desperate conditions.

Meagan, who showed such a big heart, did not want to leave that dog to its sad fate and immediately rolled up her sleeves. But you did not find all this solidarity with the locals. What to do then? The idea was more or less simple: to take Leo to Canada with him and give him all the necessary care there. But complicated from a bureaucratic point of view.

"He was in horrible condition, he would have died in a month if I hadn't taken him away from there", writes Penman writes on the Facebook page dedicated to the dog.

With the photos posted on Facebook, Meagan showed visits to a Thai veterinary clinic and a scared-eyed Leo with low ears and irrefutable x-rays: the spine was damaged, so Leo would never walk again.

Hence the latest effort by Meagan Penman, which he decided to launch an appeal on social networks to get someone to adopt him. The model then created a page Gofundme per raise funds for medical and travel expenses.

The generosity of the users allowed her to really do everything and a company specializing in trolleys for animals with outpatient difficulties has created a trolley specially for Leo who can now move.

Perhaps Leo will always carry in his sweet eyes the signs of the suffering he had to endure, but it is already something to see him more serene and with ears pricked up! Can he still have any hope, then, in the human being?
