Small vegetables, spices and flowers: inside a "canister" there are seeds and fertilizer. What we need to do is simply start the process by adding water to the small tank, while, as for sowing and watering, Ecoltivo does the rest.

How Ecoltivo is made
It is a pre-sown, pre-fertilized and organic hydroponic garden. The grower contains no earth at the (soiless) and the plants grow on a substrate immersed in water, which makes all the nutrients necessary for a luxuriant growth immediately available, without further care.
It is a cultivator suitable for environments where cleanliness is important such as kitchens, restaurants, schools, offices, doctors' offices: in fact, a small space in the kitchen or on a windowsill will be enough to obtain fresh vegetables at Km0 at any time of the year.
Ecoltivo is available in 7 varieties of food plants and you can choose to grow comfortably at home:
- basil
- mixed lettuce salad
- curly blonde lettuce
- smooth-leafed blonde lettuce
- cutting red curly leaf lettuce
- Etna chilli
- nepeta cataria (catnip)
How Ecoltivo works
Operation is as simple as it is innovative, following just a few simple instructions:
- place Ecoltivo in a flat area, away from heat sources, where it can receive an adequate amount of sunlight
- do not remove the stickers on the cultivator so as not to compromise correct operation
- push the tab that reads “max water level” into the tank
- fill the tank using water at room temperature, taking care not to exceed the maximum water level
- when using for the first time, repeat the previous operation until the water level remains stable on the blue line
- according to the type of Ecoltivo chosen, the seeds will germinate after a few days or after a few weeks
- check that the water inside the tank does not run out, in which case add more so that the tank always contains at least 1 centimeter of water
