The news was relaunched on The human league Facebook page where a gruesome photo is shown. The image showing the cow lying on the ground in a bloodbath went viral creating a never-ending debate among the page's users.
“A cow escaped from the slaughterhouse and ran to a supermarket. She was shot dead in the corridors. What is strange is that the grocery stores are already full of dead animals, they are just beautifully packaged. What is the difference? ”, Wrote the animal rights activists of The human league in a provocative way.
And yet:
“There is no human way to kill an animal that doesn't want to die. If this image bothers you, consider leaving the animals off the plate ”.
But next to the one who leaves condemns what happened:
“I'm so sorry, baby. Your death was not in vain. You were just trying to survive. Someday, this world will be in harmony with every living thing, and that doesn't have to happen. We will remember you, ”writes one user
"Mmm fresh beef", jokes another.
"It's a shame. The cow ran away because she wanted to live and was killed anyway. Pure shame. Animals have to live, ”says another.
There are also those who argue that killing an animal with a gunshot in a supermarket is not a reprehensible gesture:
“Just because you show a dead cow in a shop doesn't mean people will suddenly feel sorry for it, it's just a cow and it's part of the food chain. The sooner you realize this, the better, ”writes a user of The human league page.
And still there are those who question the veracity of the photo, appealing to the usual fake news:
"I can't believe people really believe this is a real photo, how stupid they are."
But unfortunately there is very little fake here and even if the news dates back to some time ago, to be exact last year, we still decided to give feedback because it does not matter if it happened in September or October, in 2017 or in the 2018, however, is a gesture to be condemned and that makes you think by splitting public opinion in two.
