He is about to end up run over, his mother saves him

The famous South African conservationist was 69 years old West Mathewson, who died after being attacked by two white lionesses, Demi and Tanner, playing with them. Apparently one of the two got angry with the other and then took sides against West.

Vain attempts by his wife, Gill, to distract the lionesses to save her brutally wounded husband.

The managers of the “Lion Tree Top Lodge” managed by Mathewson, in South Africa, expressed themselves on the matter, declaring that the two lionesses loved West as much as he loved them. And that it was certainly an accident.

West had raised them from birth and spent a great deal of time with them, saving them from a sad fate, that of animals raised in closed areas to be hunted.

Immediately after the tragic accident, the lionesses were transported to a center for endangered species but have already made it known that they have no intention of culling them.
