A truly unexpected surprise is the one that welcomed a British couple who, returning home, found a guest in the laundry. It was a fox that had snuggled up comfortably in the washing machine.
When Nathasha and Adam, residents of Streatham, a borough of London, returned home carrying their freshly made groceries, they were confronted with an unexpected guest. As you can see from the photo the woman later shared on Twitter, a fox got into the washing machine.

Probably, the animal took advantage of the door left open while the two were carrying the shopping inside the house, to sneak inside and then take refuge in the appliance.
The fact is that the couple found themselves faced with an unusual problem to solve. How to set the fox free?
As Natasha told the local press, they initially did not know what to do, then they tried to contact, but without success as it was late in the evening, the Fox Project association. Finally they had the decisive idea: to take it "by the throat".
They didn't have many things ready in the fridge, just a leftover of their 15-month-old daughter's dough, but that was enough. After putting it in a container, they placed it in the garden and waited.
The trick worked: the fox smelling the smell, in a moment of tranquility, came out of the washing machine and headed for the pasta, smelling it but not eating anything. It probably wasn't to his liking!
