The tender friendship of a disabled calf and a puppy dog who takes care of her, keeping her company and helping her

He is about to end up run over, his mother saves him

His fate was sealed. The Cucpcake calf was born with a severe disability. His legs are bent and turned outward. He was supposed to be shot down but Genia Kay Meyer decided to adopt him and take him to her home in Peavine, Oklahoma. However, there is a very special nurse to take care of the calf. His name is Bo and he is Genia's dog.

“It was from my cousin. We took it at 5 weeks ”says the woman talking about Cupcake. The animal has great difficulty standing and walking but to keep him company for a few weeks is Bo, a puppy that is less than a year old but has a big heart.

Since Cupcake arrived, Bo has never left her alone.

“The first day we took her home and bottle fed her, Bo started licking all the milk off her face and never left her,” says Meyer.

We need a clean up crew on the Cupcake isle. ??????Bo is on top of that.

Genia has opened a Gofundme fundraiser for surgery that could help Cupcake:

“His tendons could be cut and repaired but he also has shoulder problems. We just try to give you the best quality of life possible as long as you are here with us. The funds would be destined for surgery and treatment ”, reads Gofundme.

At the moment, 3500 dollars have been raised, compared to the requested 1000.
