The bee declared the most important living being on the planet, but risks extinction

Bees have disappeared up to 90% and the reasons vary depending on the region of the world they live in, but they remain the most important animals on Earth.

Their sting hurts a lot, but it would be much more painful for us if they disappeared. In the latest debate at the Royal Geographical Society of London, theEarthwatch Institute concluded that bees are the most important living beings on the planet. Yet they are already fully among the animals at risk of extinction.

According to recent data, bees around the world are disappeared up to 90% and the reasons vary depending on the region of the world they live in. But among the main reasons are massive deforestation, lack of safe nesting sites, lack of flowers, uncontrolled use of pesticides and changes in soil.

So why should a being so small and in danger of disappearing be declared - now - the most important creature on Earth?

Well, the answer is actually simpler than you think. 70% of world agriculture depends exclusively on bees and without pollination, the main job of bees, plants would not be able to reproduce and the fauna would disappear in a very short time. Furthermore, bees are the only living things that they do not carry any type of pathogen.

After all, Albert Einstein's word about bees has never been truer: "If bees disappeared, humans would have 4 years to live."

Since the importance of bees is crucial in the ecosystems of our planet and they have also been declared an endangered species, we really need to be as careful about it as possible. And we need to act quickly as we still have some solutions.

Ban the use of pesticides, promote all-natural agricultural alternatives, and closely monitor their health and well-being.

And what can we do in our own small way? We stop using insecticides in our homes, in the vegetable garden, in the garden and on our plants. We can also decide to plant bee-friendly flowers in the garden, in pots and on the balcony.
