A passenger noticed it and started filming it, realizing that the animal did not want to move despite the high speed reached by the vehicle.
The passenger stated:
In the video - which I can't believe I filmed on camera - you see a pigeon clinging to the plane as it takes off. I was surprised that he managed to hang on all the time, to be honest. I figured he'd be there with us for the entire flight.
The high speed eventually got the better of the pigeon that broke away from the wing but which, according to the passenger, fortunately remained unharmed. Who knows where he wanted to go ?! Luckily the story had a happy ending for both the animal and the crew, since air accidents caused by birds are unfortunately frequent.
