The aim of the initiative, supported by the Municipality of Modena, is to recover, protect and treat them while waiting for their reintegration into their natural environment.
Brown bears are an indigenous European breed that must be absolutely protected and what better way to restore them to health than through a project aimed at the purpose. The oasis they will have at their disposal will be 14 thousand square meters and here the bears will be able to move freely.
In short, an important and ambitious project for the protection of wildlife that could come to life as soon as the latest authorizations allow it to start. We hope it will!
