In Emilia Romagna it is possible prevent hunters to enter their agricultural land for 5 years without the need for fencing. Here's what to do and where to apply.
Emilia Romagna last November 15 approved the Regional Hunting Wildlife Plan which provides that: "the owner or the conductor can request a ban on hunting activities in his own agricultural land without the obligation of fencing".
We remind you that in the course of the last 11 hunting seasons there have been 217 deaths, of which 14 children and 804 injured, so while waiting for the hunt to stop definitively, measures like these are useful for the protection of people, but also of pets.
How to submit the application
To prevent hunters from entering agricultural land for 5 years without the need to recite the land, a written application must be made to the Emilia Romagna Region no later than 14 2018 December. The territorial offices in which it can be presented are indicated in the form.
The owners or tenants of agricultural land can apply, whether they are natural or legal persons and only the required form must be used, which you can download HERE
