If it weren't for this cat, the owner who fell into a ravine would have died. You led the rescue at the scene of the accident
We often come across stories of dog heroes, less frequently we hear about cats that save lives. Yet this time it happened and if it wasn't for Piran, that's the name of her, the owner, an 83-year-old English woman living in Cornwall, would have died.
Having fallen into a ravine located at the corner of a cornfield, no one would have ever heard her if the cat had not continued to meow incessantly near the area where the accident occurred. Thanks to her meow, a passerby sensed that something was wrong. He who knows how much time would have passed otherwise, before finding her.
The rescue teams were then contacted who, thanks to the cat, were able to locate the woman exactly and extract her from the ravine. After that she was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
The police, on facebook, thanked Piran calling him a real hero:
“Piran the hero! ?? ♂️? ⬛ "
*Update – Whilst the lady concerned is still currently receiving care, she is in good spirits and is being well looked…
