Carried away by Hurricane Dorian, these 3 cows were found alive in North Carolina

Carried away by Hurricane Dorian, these 3 cows were miraculously saved by swimming for several kilometers. And now they will go home.

Hurricane Dorian had swept them away from Cedar Island, in the US, after causing a mini-tsunami, and by now hopes of finding these were lost. 3 cows which, incredibly, are still alive. But even more incredible is how they did it: swimming.

Although cows in general are able to swim for hundreds of meters, these 3 specimens did so for about 4-5 miles, the equivalent of 7-8 km, managing to return to the mainland. A real fortune, according to BG Horvat, spokesperson for Cape Lookout Park, because they could have been easily dragged into the Atlantic, as reported by “The Guardian”.

They were found in North Carolina, at Cape Lookout National Seashore Park in the Outer Banks, and now, after proper care, they should finally return home.
