Is called Zeoform and it could be the new one sustainable and recyclable material able to replace the current low ecological colleagues. Composed of waters and the sun cellulose fibers derived from waste paper, Zeoform could be exploited in various sectors, from the building construction to the creation of musical instruments and jewels.
The material is called Zeoform®, and is formed by cellulose fibers macerated with water using a patented formula. There is no glue, no binders, chemicals or additives of any kind, the company reassures. Zeoform can be printed, pressed, sprayed, sanded, painted and transformed with different densities.
“A revolutionary material based on reconstituted cellulose and water, and nothing else. A patented process transforms cellulose fibers into a strong wood-like substance capable of being transformed into an unlimited range of products. Zeoform is 100% non-toxic, biodegradable ”. The homonymous company that created it explains which Zeoform can be colored with natural pigments and mixed with various substrates (organic, metallic, conductive).
The different molding techniques - manual, compression, spray - all result in a material denso, durable and with a customizable and versatile shape.
The company turned to the crowdfunding to raise funds to create his "Center of Excellence". There's time until November 10 to leave your offer. The facility will serve as a hub for bringing together a variety of resources and knowledge in order to drive the innovations initiated by the company.
If and when it arises, it will also be the first retail and showcase center for this new eco-material.
