    Anyone who has practiced yoga at home with a pet probably already knows how difficult it is to concentrate with all those pigtails around, intrigued by what you are doing.     Who practiced yoga indoors with a pet, you probably already know how difficult it is to concentrate with all those pigtails around, intrigued by what you are doing. For those who don't know what it means, just watch the video published on Youtube from the Homeward Bound Pet Shelter in the city of Decatur, Illinois.



    The animal shelter, in fact, collaborated with the local Yoga teacher, Connie Pease, to create a special class, complete with six cats, all available for adoption. The cats showed their talent right away - although admittedly, most used this to catch up on some sleep.

    In the clip, the cats Chloe, Breezy e Pippen they come out of their carriers and, first, check out their new environment. The mats are then taken and the yoga class begins. Cats start wandering around the gym, interacting with people and jumping on them.

    Carrying the shelter cats at a yoga class, people have the opportunity to see and interact with them outside the shelter. It is thus possible to better understand their personality and future adopters can better imagine these animals in their home. That is why such an initiative should be replicated. Viva yoga, even more so if it helps cats find a home.
