The product is marketed in bags of 100 grams of whole or pre-sliced ​​fillets by FOODS OF SCOTLAND SRL (IT 2606 CE), with operational headquarters in via Guido Rossa number 20 D in Aulla, in the province of Massa Carrara.

The offending lot is 504903. The product has expiry dates: 12/01/2019, 13/01/2019 and 09/11/2019.

In case of purchasing this batch with these deadlines, the salmon should not be consumed at all.
