The Ministry of Health reports the recall of 'Scottish Pride' smoked salmon due to the risk of Listeria, as it is contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes.
The product is marketed in bags of 100 grams of whole or pre-sliced fillets by FOODS OF SCOTLAND SRL (IT 2606 CE), with operational headquarters in via Guido Rossa number 20 D in Aulla, in the province of Massa Carrara.
The offending lot is 504903. The product has expiry dates: 12/01/2019, 13/01/2019 and 09/11/2019.
In case of purchasing this batch with these deadlines, the salmon should not be consumed at all.
