Don't store avocado like this: it's dangerous

Some batches of Asiago d'Allevo PDO with the “Regione che vai” brand - produced by Latterie Venete Spa and distributed by the Aldi supermarket chain - have been recalled by the large-scale distribution because they are unsuitable “for consumption for people allergic to eggs”.

According to the alert published on the Aldi website to protect consumers, in fact, there would have been a defect in the packaging that precluded the readability of the egg allergen. Therefore, all people who are allergic or intolerant to this ingredient must NOT consume the product and return it to one of the stores in the chain. In particular, the lots concerned, the sale of which was promptly blocked, are the following:

    • L71E18 (TMC 20/02/19),
    • L63S18 (TMC 05/03/19),
    • L71Z18 (TMC 11/03/2019),
    • L68S18 (17/03/2019).

    How do you read:

“The product must not be consumed by people allergic to egg and can be returned to all ALDI branches. The refund will be granted even without showing the purchase receipt. For those who do not have egg allergy, the product is safe and can be safely consumed ".
