The seeds, as long as they are organic, can be found in natural food stores or even on the internet. I have decided to do a recycling experiment: whereas from the seeds it is possible to obtain up to 3 crops I thought about using a good biodegradable container… a cardboard pizza box covered with some parchment paper to make it waterproof.
In the end, the cardboard can be composted!

I then proceeded to sow them very closely and I covered with soft peat.
I watered for about a couple of days and the first sprouts were born.
After about a week the result was an explosion of green… simply wonderful!
However, another way that I have experienced was that of use three plastic trays of those from the supermarket vegetables given to me by a friend, one stacked on top of the other and the third to form the lid.
I filled the first with water.
The second, once pierced with a pair of scissors, I placed it on the first and the third turned upside down and formed the lid.
So I sowed the pre-softened seeds the night before.
Every day I changed the water and I proceeded to spray the small seeds, which in the meantime sprouted, with a mix of water and baking soda (alt of water and 1 teaspoon of bicarbonate)
Within a week I got a very good harvest with the difference that I had to re-sow because in this way it is not possible to proceed with a second germination.

How do I consume it?
I collect it by cutting it with a pair of scissors then, since I do not have a manual centrifuge, I blend it with a little water and once filtered with a small sieve I immediately drink the juice thus obtained. morning before breakfast.
