    In this case all we have to do is take the break we need, because yes, we really deserve it and finally try to live the here and now. For example, we can try to take a walk in the surroundings and turn our attention to all those details that we never notice when we are in a hurry.

    Sounds very simple, right? But sometimes we think we really deserve nothing because we believe that desiring something just for ourselves is an act of Selfishness. In reality in this case it is not a question of selfishness at all but only of the ability to take care of oneself which is fundamental, at a basic level, for our survival, since we must always be the first to safeguard our health and our safety.

    Without realizing it, we are probably developing attitudes and attitudes limiting beliefs that prevent us from progressing in life as we would like. For some reason we feel we have flaws due to which we could never deserve a certain award, recognition, improvement in love life or work.
