The Maneskins invite their fans to help refugees from Ukraine and join the Global Citizen campaign #StandUpForUkraine by launching a short unpublished piece, with a really powerful and touching text.

In a video posted on the band's social channels, a new unreleased one-minute song was published, without a title, in which they invite you to reflect on the ongoing war. In the frames there are real images of war, alternating with those of the members of the rock band.

“How do you sleep at night? How do you close your eyes, live with all those lives in your hands ”, reads the text. “You use your fuel to kill, we will not stand still. Watch us dance, we will dance on petrol ”.

Words that seem to be directed precisely at Putin.

This is not a new single (it will not be officially released on streaming platforms).

“Refugees in Ukraine and around the world need urgent humanitarian aid. We are using our voice to ask for action and you can too. Join us, make your video call to the world to support refugees and donate on: http://ForUkraine.com ”, writes the world-famous Roman band on its social profile.

The text of the passage (untitled) for refugees in Ukraine

How are you sleeping at night
How do u close both ur eyes
Living with all of those lives
On your hands

Standing alone on that hill
Using your fuel to kill
We won’t take it standing still
Watch Us Dance

We’re gonna dance on gasoline
