From tomorrow until next Friday, in fact, temperatures are expected well above the seasonal average, up to 30-32 ° C, in the central and northern regions - while showers are expected in the south.
The regions most affected by this anomalous heat (+ 10 ° C compared to the average of the season) will be Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige and Emilia Romagna: here it will reach 32 ° C. The northwest of the country and the center (especially Tuscany) will also be affected by abnormal temperatures (30 ° C). All the fault of the anticyclone from North Africa, which will bring warmer air to the national territory.
A situation very similar to that already experienced last year, with a brief "early summer" occurred in the month of May, followed by a drop in temperatures before the summer season could actually start. Furthermore, the weather experts assure us, there are all the conditions for this to be a summer to remember for the excessive heat - very similar to the one experienced in 2003.
But let's see in detail. From tomorrow, Wednesday May 11, the northern and central regions will begin to experience summer temperatures and enjoy a nice flat sun, while in the south the sky will be cloudy (albeit with rising temperatures). The heat will extend towards the South from Thursday May 12, as also shown by the graphics of the Air Force.
