Ingredients for 4 people)
- 500 g of brussels sprouts
- 70g butter
- 1 orange
Boil the sprouts in salt water, or even better steam them. Once cooked, drain and keep warm.
Melt the butter in a pan, add the orange zest and cook for a few minutes.
At this point squeeze the orange and add to its juice, pepper, a little paprika, a pinch of sugar and salt. Cook the sauce obtained over low heat for at least 10 minutes.
Put the sprouts on a plate and pour over the hot orange room. Serve and enjoy
