    ingredients:

    • a glass of oil
    • a glass of wine
    • 2 glasses of brown sugar
    • half a teaspoon of vanilla pods
    • 500 g 0 or 1 flour
    • 200 g of chopped hazelnuts and toasted in a pan for 2 minutes (naturally use those typical of your area)

    Preparation:
In a large bowl combine the oil, wine, cane sugar and vanilla seeds; then mix everything with a wooden spoon until a homogeneous liquid is obtained.

Add the sifted flour a little at a time and knead until you get a mixture similar to that of shortcrust pastry (smooth, soft and elastic).

At this point, add the chopped and toasted hazelnuts to the mixture, and work with your hands until you get a homogeneous paste: the chopped hazelnuts must be well distributed.

When you get a soft and homogeneous mixture, divide it into many pieces and make narrow and long sticks (about 1 cm thick and 7-8 cm long), then join and seal the two ends well, forming donuts, and lay them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake at 180 degrees in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes, then take them out of the oven, let them cool and serve.
