- 30 grams of corn starch
- 1 glass of vegetable milk
- 100 gr of dark chocolate in pieces

Coconut and dark chocolate pralines: preparation
Pour all the "dry" ingredients into a bowl: coconut flour, flour, sugar and corn starch. Mix well with a wooden spoon and gradually add the soy milk, then the oil, the chopped chocolate and, finally, the baking soda. Work the mixture well until it forms a homogeneous mixture and not too "soggy". If necessary, add more coconut flour. Form, then, into balls, with the help of a teaspoon, e arrange them well spaced on the plate lined with a sheet of baking paper. Bake for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 ° C, turning on the grill in the last 3/5 minutes to color the fragrant balls a little. Let it cool down and ... resist the temptation to make them disappear one after another.
