The greater the distance from the maximum term of 200, the greater the concentration of these lipids in the blood obviously and consequently the concern.

High values ​​of triglycerides they are often accompanied by high cholesterol values, thus worsening the picture. A situation that should not be underestimated as it greatly increases the cardiovascular risk exposing the patient to heart attacks, strokes and heart disease. Furthermore, an excess of triglycerides causes excess fat to accumulate and can lead to overweight and obesity.

La cause of excess fat is often due to abad food and lifestyles but in some cases it can also be of genetic origin or depend on diseases such as untreated diabetes and kidney failure or from taking certain medications.

A large intake of vegetables, legumes and foods rich in omega 3 (which have shown the ability to lower triglycerides while protecting the heart), while limiting fats, especially those of animal origin. Help can also come from foods rich in Vitamin C (given its antioxidant power) and the use of some spices.
