A simple dessert suitable for everyone? Here is the recipe for making a tiramisu with ricotta and saffron, with chocolate flakes: a quick and easy preparation, suitable even for the less experienced.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • a pinch of saffron
  • 250 g fresh ricotta
  • 1 jar of vanilla yogurt
  • 1 spoon of brown sugar
  • 8 ladyfingers
  • 1 large glass of semi-skimmed milk
  • 50 g of milk chocolate, cut into flakes (you can also use dark chocolate)

Preparation:

1) Put it on saffron in a small pan and toast it for just a minute over medium heat, then turn off the stove, let it cool down and crumble the pistils.

2) Join it ricotta saffron, add the yogurt and the brown sugar and mix until a thick and homogeneous cream is obtained.

3) Lightly soak the ladyfingers in cold milk, then drain them lightly and use them to line the bottom of 4 cups (or a small cake pan), cover with the ricotta and saffron cream, level the surface well with a scoop and cover with chocolate flakes.
