Furthermore, the regular and abundant consumption of fruit and vegetables, rich in vitamins and minerals, helps the body to stay in shape and to fight free radicals deriving from sun exposure.



In short, the fruit and vegetables (and in particular the foods that fall into the Coldiretti top ten) are real panacea, because they nourish, quench thirst, replenish the mineral salts lost with sweat, replenish vitamins, regulate the intestine (thanks to the presence of fibers) and counteract the action of free radicals.
