THEcoconut water it's great to drink when you're dehydrated, as it provides much-needed water, electrolytes, and some carbohydrates. 

When you are dehydrated, your body needs more than just liquid to regain its balance. In most cases, you also need to replenish electrolytes which are lost in body fluids, such as sweat and urine.

Electrolytes are essential minerals for performing important functions, such as maintaining a regular heart rhythm. Some of the most common are:

Smoothies

Smoothies are perfect for dehydration; they typically have a liquid base, such as milk, juice, or unsweetened iced tea, plus a handful of fruits and vegetables, sometimes even yogurt for an even creamier texture. In case of intolerance you can also use vegetable milk or yogurt.

Berry smoothies contain a lot Vitamin C, essential for a healthy and strong immune system; a great option if your dehydration is due to a fever or infection.

Tzatziki sauce

La tzatziki is a Greek sauce made with yogurt and cucumber, two foods containing water.

Yogurt alone contains about 85% of it, and has the same benefits as milk, it also contains some probiotics, which are good intestinal friendly bacteria. Even the cucumber it is moisturizing, because like yogurt it is composed of 85% water.
