There are no more resuscitation valves in Brescia: this engineer 3D prints them!

In the coronavirus emergency, the Chiari hospital was left almost without valves for a resuscitation device. 3D printing created new ones!

Don't store avocado like this: it's dangerous

The hospital lacks the valves for a resuscitation device and the supplier can't give them quickly, but 3D printing is coming to help and save lives. It happens in Chiari, in the province of Brescia, whose hospital, in full coronavirus emergency, was almost left without the valves for a useful machine for those in intensive care.

To tell this story with a happy ending is Massimo Temporelli, journalist and entrepreneur expert in innovation, science and technology. According to the latest updates, the system works and to date 10 patients are accompanied in breathing by a machine with the 3D printed valve.

Last update, 19.30 pm, the system works! Currently 10 patients are accompanied in breathing by ...
