The annual appointment with Sculpture By The Sea, the largest outdoor art exhibition in the world which takes place along two spectacular kilometers of coastline in Sydney, Australia.
The 21st edition of Sculpture By The Sea does not disappoint: beyond 100 works of artists from 31 different countries who have created their sculptures and installations specifically for the beach that goes from Tamarama to Bondi Beach. Each with its own style and theme to relive a truly magical atmosphere.
Also this year they had asked to exhibit more than 500 artists, after a selection there are about a hundred left. The beach sculpture festival began in Bondi Beach in 1996 and in 2005 a similar and related event to the original was held at Cottesloe Beach in Western Australia. While, in 2009, the first edition of the event was also held outside Australia.
Among the themes of the edition also education, relationships and friendship represented with different styles and materials; at the same time, workshops for children were organized during the creation with the aim of bringing the little ones closer to art.
